Norwich City FC HAVE made contact with ex Newcastle right back Ryan Taylor. After yet another season blighted with injuries, the right back (who can also play left back, right, left or centre midfield) has un questionable quality including an exceptional delivery and dead ball skills. Newcastle are looking to clear out many of their squad to inject a fresh look and ambition to the squad. Sadly for Taylor, although he had a strong end to the season when fit- he just wasnt fit for long enough to prove his worth. However, Norwich could benefit from this. Taylor is believed to already have a number of options on the table from premier league and championship clubs one of which we believe to be Norwich.

With Mark Bunn looking set to join either Sheffield United or Oldham Athletic, Norwich are in the market for a new 3rd keeper. Declan Rudd is set to stay for at least 1 more season before he searches for 1st team football. This isn't anything to get excited about, it's just another Carlo Nash sort of signing. Papers have linked us with Steve Harper, take that with a pinch of salt. However, do expect us to sign an average, ageing keeper to warm the bench.

Many premier league clubs have had Brighton's Lewis Dunk on their radars. One of the few success stories of last season, Dunk is keen on a move to the premier league to prove he can cut it at the top level. Linked with Bournemouth in January but opting to stay with the Seagulls as he didn't see the attraction of signing for a fellow championship club; a Premier League move for the 23 year old looks set to be on the cards. Norwich HAVE made an enquiry, however Bournemouth and Crystal Palace have ALSO made enquiry's with Watford also said to be interested. This one is just a case of wait and see.

ALex Neil is a public admirer of Celtic captain Scott Brown. Brown is combative, tigarish and forceful in the centre of the park. Having won everything there is to be won out in Scotland time and time again(bar the champions league) and at the age of 29, this may be one of his last chances to prove himself in England and the Premier League. It's a question of whether or not the midfielder has a desire to prove himself in the Premier League or whether he'd rather retain legendary status at Celtic Park, win a few more trophy's and have another crack at the Champions League- surely there comes a time one must move on? Only time will tell.

Bobby Zamora post is ludacris! No interest in him what so ever. He'd be a decent championship back up signing for a team that could afford his wages. Alex Neil is in the market for 1 new striker. However, this would be a marquee signing and will start- we have enough back up already. He won't waste money on dead wood.

Redmond to Liverpool Rumour is also rubbish. I personally know that Redmond is very happy at Norwich and will stay (may have looked to possibly move on for 1st team premier league football if we didn't get promotion, but we did) Redmond is looking forward to 1st team premier league football to prove himself and develop further. So don't worry about that one NCFC Fans!

Rickie Lambert post is rubbish. Someone please tell me why Lambert would leave from being back-up at his boyhood club battling at the top end of the league to being back up at Norwich battling at the wrong end of the league? Some people are deluded.

Hope not! Don't care who he plays for, he's never been better than average.

This year is the ONLY good season he's had and he's in is thirties. plus, don't get me wrong he's scored goals, but apart from in the penalty area, the rest of his game is awful.

The way Mick Mccarthy/ Count Olaf (a series of unfortunate events) plays suits him and has got a good return because of all the crosses they get into the box and put on a sixpence for him. But, put him in a team that plays football, like he's shown in the rest of his career, he's useless.

On the other hand, Dwight Gayle = Class.

Young, English, Goal scorer. there's 3 reasons why he should be considered seriously. (And he'd work brilliantly off a Cameron Jerome)

Did I just see 'Best Players Not Getting a Look in, in Prem' and 'Steve Sidwell' Mentioned in the Same Sentence??

hahahaha. Terrible shout. He's never been better than average even when he's played & now in his thirties. relegated with Fulham last season and couldn't even get in Stokes squad for most of this season!
