Grabban gone for 8 mill, good deal, now let's hope there's a few coming through the front door, especially after watching a very poor display on Saturday. We really do lack creative flair and genuine pace.

Disappointed to see Pritchard has gone to Burnley, would have been a good addition, I know a lot of people think we've got enough in midfield, but apart for Wes the others all very similar, good at playing sideways or back. Desperately need a play maker

Anyone who thought we had turned a corner and it was now going to be a steady climb up the league are sadly mistaken. We seriously lack quality in the middle of the park, and have done since we got promoted with Lambert. To keep blaming every forward who played since then is delusional. We now consistently play one up top, but don't possess the the other players within the squad to complement that system, i.e pace and the abilit to see a pass. We all know the back 4 also needs attention, but when things aren't going well for any team, you always look at the bench to see how you can change or improve your situation, sadly at NCFC there isn't much choice. Unless Mr Mcnally suddenly stops taking all City fans as mugs, and starts pulling a few white rabbit out of the hat between now and Feb 1st we can look forward to another season in the championship.

On paper looks a good signing, quick, good going forward and hopefully the most important thing he can defend. Unlike our current crop of full backs, Brady excluded. Think we definitely need a real quality centre mid, apart from Wes, the others are all very similar, Tetty does a job, but like a kitten with a ping pong ball. Would love the boy Pritchard but can't see that happening. Again a good quality centre half needed, not someone who can play there or likes playing there (R. M)
As for forwards, always difficult as you can blow 20 million and still buy a donkey, ask the scousers.!

Definitely have a punt on Shane Long, always scored goals wherever he's played, plus he very much fits the City mould. As for the other 2 it's a no no, especially given they would probably cost more than Long and in reality they are no more than good championship players, otherwise more premier league teams would have been banging on the door along while ago, tells you all you need to know.??
Incidentally would still love to see the boy Pritchard join, if only on loan.

Hope not, to old, would have liked to see Grabban out the door, especially at the rumoured 8 mil, then have a punt on the lad from Wolves. Gayle from palace is another lad who is a natural goal scorer. Definitely need a quality centre midfielder, really like the boy Pritchard, but can't see that happening. Then there's the obvious centre half position, maybe Davis at Hull or Caulker. Thoughts anyone??

Lets be honest, who ever designed all 3 kits wants shooting, along with the person who agreed it was a good idea to let anyone at NCFC wear it, like our transfer policy. Awful!!!
