Tough one to get over the line, even if we could agree a fee for him, will he think I want to wait for a so called bigger PL club to come in for him?
would love to see him in a canaries shirt, but he still has to prove himself at that level, the difference between SPL and EPL is huge, he probably gets 6 tough games a season in SPL in EPl he would get 38 ????

dont see why people a doubting the Scottish league Forster was easily one of the top 3 gk in the Bpl then you have mCcarthy and mcarthur, Adam, wanyama, Whittaker, Naismith, arteta etc. hooper didn't work out maybe because he is more suitable to the Scottish league. And van djik will only leave for a bigger club with all due respect he is worth around 10-15 mil and he will hopefully prove it in the champions league this year.

Man Utd and Arsenal are looking for Ramos and Mertersacker types - proven internationals - as they try and buy their way to besting Chelski. We get left with people who are still developing (we hope) and eventually make a profit from them. If we can get Virgil i think he'd be a good buy.

Others interested are rumoured to include Swansea and Sunderland but also possibly Southampton if Alderwierald goes you can probably add Palace WBA and Villa to the list too. Pretty much everyone outside the top six.
