Heard from a member of staff at Park Farm in Hethersett that Mbokani has been there today agreeing terms and finalising his move over to our club, unsure if it's permanent or a loan. Should be completed by tonight or early tomorrow. #OTBC

Definite signing of Carlos Cuellar.
Confirmed on Radio Norfolk.
Experienced player, cover for defence, not bad business.

Euanjacks

1.) He was in the stands Tuesday.

2.) Has he signed then? no mention of either new blokes in or Fer out in todays EDP

Fellow supporters worrying about the age of Quagliarella need to stop taking his age into consideration, he is a class player with bags of experience, he can finish, knows where the goal is from which seems like anywhere in the oppositions half, he has that special something which I think we need up top, he can be creative and finish what is put in front of him. Personally, I think he would seal our finish in the top 10 in the forthcoming season!

Euanjacks

1.) I totally agree, I say this on every rumour that discourages him because of his age

2.) QUAGS 11 - 2/5 to join!

3.) Here here. The guy is pure quality. Being 30 means he has also played enough to handle more pressure that the rest of the lads can learn from. No doubt in my mind 10mill (if it is even that high), is completely worth it

4.) Its no good having a young unproven in the prem strike force without abit of experience alongside it
he can take players under his wing nature them and also take wait and expectations of them
loosebruce704

5.) Old bottley 2/7 to join! Get the Quag

6.) With modern diets and training regimes 30 is no age. The problem is if he signs for us we will have 3 quality strikers (not counting Becchio) and CH will never play 3 up front. Will Quags be prepared to spend time on the bench?

7.) The problem could be his ability to speak English. While most Germans, Dutch - even many French people - learn English (and can often speak it better then the natives!) Italians very often can't. If he's one of the non-English speakers, might be tricky for him.

8.) He better than signing some crap striker from the championship or prem

9.) If we spend £9 mill on a 30 year old who helps us to a top 12 finish this season and next. He will have helped earn the club over £100mill in TV and Sponsorship money. It is very much worth it! (and who knows, maybe we could sell him on to a Qatari club for £10 mill when age is catching up with him. or QPR)

Scott Sinclair has been linked with us several times towards the end of the season, anyone fancy him in Green and Yellow next season? Young and talented player!

Euanjacks

1.) Don't know what he earns but suspect his wages would be prohibitive.

2.) But he may be up for taking a wage decrease if he wants regular first team football and to improve his chances of getting picked for England, he's been warming the Manchester City bench for most of the season so I don't think he needs any more money.

3.) Maybe on loan so we don't have to fork out 100% of wages?

Norwich Target Diego Capel is looking to be snapped up by rivals Swansea for around £4.5m, Hope we can get in there with a competitive bid, would do wonders at Norwich, especially helping RVW settle in.

Euanjacks

1.) £4-5M would be a steal. Would like it to happen. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeease

2.) Capel would be an awesome signing for us city boys him and rvw already know how to play together from sporting cp and complement each other very well ch please sign him and defour.

3.) I hope this actually happens, really good to see some pacey experienced wingers at the club, Capel will compliment RVW very nicely. As many of you know RVW feeds off crossing, which isn't what Norwich do, however Capel is redound for his superb crossing ability. Great player, could be key to our 2013/14 Premier League season. We all know RVW will score, but how many, surely this signing can help us dramatically and hopefully gain some extra places in the table. To 10 finish next season, possibly Europa League at a push ;)

4.) While it would be great to sign Capel, I totally disagree that crossing is not what Norwich do! We scored the majority of our goals from crosses last year and had plenty of crosses go in taht weren't converted.

Not a rumour, just a summary and opinion on todays fixture. No creativity, no service to RVW, no drive and passion shown, Redmond was the only one actually doing anything with the ball when it came to him even if his decision making was a little poor! Why Hughton decided to keep Garrido on is beyond me, Olsson should be first choice over him. Playing Howson out wide right was a bad decision, he's a central midfielder, not a winger! Would have been nice to see Elmander starting with RVW, Him being the target man and RVW poaching off him as we seemed to like lofting the ball up rather than keeping the ball on the floor and tiring out the 10 men against us. I don't understand how a manager can play such negative football with the quality with have on the pitch, especially against a newly promoted team with 10 men. Just ridiculous! Any other opinions on todays game?

Euanjacks

1.) Totally agree, we will go nowhere with Hughton, if he spent 100m we will still look crap & play rubbish defensive football, I've really had enough of him now. SO PLEASE GO HUGHTON. NOW!,

2.) Didnt see the game but listened to the commentary on Radio Norfolk. don't know which was worse, our inability to pass to another player on our own side or the commentary which wasotally hopeless. It doesn't matter what players we have or what formation we line up in if we cannot pass the ball then we are going nowhere. I do wish Houghton would take the shackles off the players for just one game to see what happens. Its crazy to start every game with one point and then try and hang onto it or sneak a win. It didn't work last season, why would it work this season.

Thorgan Hazard or Lucas Piazon on loan anyone?
Young talented players who are hungry for playing time, were on loan last season in Belgium and Spain, think either one would be worthwhile, thoughts?

Euanjacks

1.) Or Nick Powell? Any of the 3 would be awesome!

2.) I recon we should be looking closer to £40 million - with the **HUGE** amount of income this season (rumours of up to £80 Million+ in total)

As for who stays & who goes. got to ask about Becchio - although we haven't really seen enough of him to judge, and he certainly needs more match time. He just seems to me to be out of the Morrison mould.
